If this project is funded, the requested resources will make a huge impact in our science classroom. As their Science teacher, I try to keep many of their lessons innovative by requiring the use of technology. Currently, the bulk of our lessons utilize Chromebooks. While we are extremely grateful for what we have, we are up against a bit of a problem: a storage problem that is. Our current storage situation involves storing our Chromebooks in dishpans. While it is quite creative, it doesn鈥檛 efficiently do the trick. From falling wires to searching for open outlets on the power-strip, putting the Chromebooks away can be a bit of a chore. Having access to a true charging station would take away this tedious task and spare precious class time.
