My students need a new library center! They read in partner groups and individually! Library Center is a popular center during free-play and literacy centers. I've been looking for the perfect shelves to store books on for my students, but my very limited teacher budget just cannot afford them! This rolling bookshelf would help make my classroom books and literacy more accessible to my students. I would be able to organize them in genres that would help my students narrow down to topics they are interested in! My class will greatly benefit from access to all of our books all year round!
The noise with using iPads and no headphones would be unbearable. Working headphones would enable my students to focus and cut down on the classroom noise considerably! It would be so much more functional with headphones that fit the smaller heads, as my students would not have to keep adjusting them! I would like to have headphones to help them with their reading levels and literacy. There are many apps that students can have the device to read to them. Seeing the words visually while hearing them is a valuable learning tool. Many of my students are a low reading level.
