Rilke Schule German School of Arts & Sciences is recognized as a German Center of Excellence and offers students bilingual content instruction from kindergarten through eighth grade. I teach middle school students in German and German Immersion Social Studies. Finding learning materials to suit our unique learning situation is always a challenge, and we lean on our parents and community for support as we continue to grow.
Learning about our local environment is very important, and we go outside every day, regardless of the weather. We take care of the habitats around our school by observing seasonal changes, picking up trash, and spending time getting to know our local wildlife and plants.
