A clutter free work environment is much needed! My students have small tables and chairs with no place to put their chromebooks, binders, notebooks, etc. When three to four students at each table bring all of their things to class, there is no room to work! The chair covers will help tremendously in helping my students create a clutter free workspace at their tables.
I teach 5th grade science and my young students have difficulty distinguishing parts of cells, ecosystems and foodwebs, photosynthesis, characteristics of the sun and planets, and more on black and white printed paper. Color printed worksheets for my students in the classroom and at home would be a gamechanger! I have at least three to six students each week that are sick or quarantining from exposure to COVID-19. We do not have printed textbooks, so I send home paper packets with at least one to two of those students absent each week because they don't have internet access at their homes. I would love to give them the same opportunity to see vivid visuals on their papers that my students actually get to see on their computers at school.
Clearing up table space for my students to work efficiently and sending home vibrantly colored paperwork would make learning and retention much more enjoyable and more deeply understood by all students.
