Daphne Middle School is located in Daphne, Alabama, and serves over 600 students in grades 7 and 8. My classroom is the LIBRARY, where we have over 14,000 books, magazines, and newspapers for student and teacher use. In addition, we have 6 computer workstations and laser printers for students to use. Our flexible space offers tables for students to collaborate and work, as well as a comfortable reading area for students to enjoy. A new space this year is the beginning of our makerspace, which will offer hands-on activities for students to explore, make, learn, build, and create.
