Welcome to my 第一吃瓜网 page! I have a degree in teaching history, but that doesn't make me be the expert in all things history. Why not instead of taking the label "teacher", I take the label "facilitator of learning experiences?" I may be the "teacher", but I love learning too and I pour my heart and soul into my students so that the learning can be so infectious and interactive that we all don't even realize how much we have learned. Education should be student-driven. Education should be about building a community of learners who are thinkers and problem solvers. I absolutely LOVE history, but not for the old pages of books or the numerous lectures. I love it for the stories of other people, the triumphs, the tragedies, and the overcoming wave that is human grit. Most importantly I love it for the way that through it, we can humanize one another. Through all my classes I try to do this.
