I work at a charter school in Detroit. I teach 32 second graders. My school has implemented the PBIS program to encourage positive behavior. We focus on 10 character trait words throughout the year. My school is a blended learning school, which means students spend time on online programs as well as using a lots of technology in the classroom. We hope to use these magazines along with the online version of scholastic news every week.
