I love providing my students with opportunities to learn in many different ways targeted to their specific needs. By using Chromebooks in small groups or centers, I can target my instruction in a way that connects to each and every student. These Chromebooks will allow my students to create, explore and change the world by using virtual reality and discerning the global communities.
These Chromebooks will allow all students to research and explore the world beyond our classroom walls. We are looking to increase the number of Chromebooks we have to enliven their learning experience.
These Chromebooks allow for students to collaborate and have differentiated instruction. They will be used to build digital portfolios through SeeSaw, work on typing skills, increase access student learning through iReady and Reflex Math.
The ChromeBooks will also be used by small groups to do research for various STEM construction projects.
My students will research various structures from graham cracker houses to castles in order to find the best way to create their own.
These projects and centers will begin to build a foundation of digital citizenship for my students as well. We will learn how to properly handle technology as well as how to handle ourselves in an online world. We can't wait to build our 21st century learning classroom!
