Being a first year teacher has its many challenges one of the main ones being my need for resources. This project is full of things that will go directly to my students reading and math learning.
These fire tablets will help my students reach their grade level goals! Many of my students are lacking the fluency in both reading and math to be able to perform on grade level. Many of my students are performing 2-3 grade levels behind where they should. These fire tablets are a great way for my students to be able to work on their reading and math skills in a new and fun way.
"Ms. S, am I allowed to roll around? I promise I will learn I don't like the chair." When a student asked me this one day, I made a promise to myself to help him do his best by giving him a seat where he can move and be learning at the same time. The wobble chair I am requesting will go to this student who is always eager to learn but is struggling because he cannot always keep still.
