I work in a very low income, inner city neighborhood in Nevada. My school is a Title 1 school and my students speak primarily Spanish outside of school. The population of my school is pretty transient, which means that I impact many students in the course of the school year. I have 24 hardworking, curious kindergartners in my class. They love books and their reading skills grow and develop daily.
