This project will reach at least 60+ students. My kids love to play and work with hands-on items. I would like to incorporate new activities in the speech room. There are many uses for the pom poms, tweezers, Lego bricks, mini erasers in speech therapy.
These pom poms, tweezers and mini erases will be placed in sensory bins. The Lego bricks will be part of the Build & Say activity where students can build while saying their target words. This is a fantastic way to address fine motor skills while practicing articulation, phonology, vocabulary and other language skills. The kids will be excited to be introduced to a new way of practicing their targeted skills.
