What happens to learning when a student is quarantined? They become Quarantined Scholars! They take on a reading challenge and show us what resilience is. They are eager to learn even when they are quarantined due to COVID. Here's the project: Students will take home one book and a matching challenge for quarantined, independent reading that will expand their skills when virtual and hybrid learning are not available. Upon return, the student will showcase their book and answers to the challenge. Their work will hang on our Quarantined Scholars Wall to celebrate their exceptional independent work and they will keep the book for their personal libraries. Other donations and projects will replenish our library to continue this project yearlong.
