As a teacher of elementary students I understand the importance of movement throughout the day. I often start our day with a few yoga poses and then sporadically include gonoodle brain breaks between lessons.
Recess is another area where our children have the opportunity to get moving. Let's provide them with equipment that encourages them to do so.
