Welcome to my Donors Choose page! I am a first grade teacher at Townline Elementary School. Townline is a diverse, Title I school, full of enthusiastic teachers and students who are eager to learn. I have been teaching at Title I schools for five years, each year choosing to teach in an inclusive classroom in order to promote positive relationships between peers and to find ways for every student to be successful in the classroom. I love to use my creativity to find new ways of reducing the barriers to learning so that each child can succeed. In my classroom, we use a lot of movement, visuals, and manipulatives in order to engage students and to make learning fun. I enjoy each day working with my students!
