My students need access to quality art supplies, equipment, and technology in the art room! Students will learn about artists, art-making and world culture hands-on with the use of a projector. Using a variety of apps such as Stop Motion, Pottery, Keynote and Show Me, to name a few, students will be able to learn new ideas and show what they know. Using a projector we can easily visualize art concepts and use Visual Thinking Strategies with artwork. This fits right into the ideas behind Universal Design for Learning and offers additional choices in how students learn. Students also need easels, display shelves and frames to exhibit and present their work within the school and community. We have numerous opportunities to exhibit student work throughout ge year but do not have the money to buy display equipment.
