Our school is an inviting warm environment for students to learn. We take pride in our ability to meet the needs of all students, ensuring that our children are able to thrive. Individuality is celebrated and students are able to access our curriculum in the manner that best supports their learning.
I teach an inclusion second grade classroom. This year my classroom consists of 21 energetic students who come to school everyday eager to learn. I believe that students learn best when they are having fun, so laughter and humor is a must. In addition, I know that students need to move! We coordinate curriculum to kinesthetic cues to improve retention of information and incorporate brain breaks to "get our wiggles out!"
