We are requesting herb seeds, germination trays, garden labels, plant food, watering can and more. Science in the city! The goal for these materials is to allow students to be scientist and discover nature where we are. Between the outdoor classroom and the park across the street we should be able to find species native to our surroundings.
The donations to this project will allow my students to use science in a practical way and allow them to discover nature in its purest form. Students will be able to use the petri dishes to capture insects and bugs then to identify and look closely at them in the microscopes. This will be an awesome year for exploration and creativity.
