I work at a Title I school with the majority of my students coming from impoverished, single parent homes. My students look forward to coming to school each day and enjoy learning new things in fun ways. I want this love for learning to grow with them, and believe that fostering a deep appreciation for reading is the way to do so. I encourage my students, though they are only 5 or 6 years old, to set personal goals.
Connecting students to learning through providing them with educational resources that inspire, motivate and equip them to be life-long learners.
