My students need to be able to engage in novel units or book clubs in order to collaborate with their peers and deepen their understanding of text. Currently they do not have access to a decent copy of Frindle to read and enjoy without pages falling out or whole chapters missing. Because of this they are not able to fully enjoy reading an awesome and relatable book about being a student and having a voice. I believe all students should have access to books that are in great shape in order to enjoy the story the author is trying to convey.

About my class
