How would you teach a 6 year-old coding and robotic engineering? You would use Wonder and Ozobot! With these devices students will work in small groups to write code to get a robot to move along an obstacle course they design or program a robot to carry things or draw a design they programmed. Wonder Dash & Dot are real robots that teach kids to code while they play. Using apps and a compatible tablet or smartphone, kids learn to code while they make Dash sing, dance and navigate all around. Sensors on the robot mean they react to the environment around them, including the kids. True fun combined with actual learning is no small feat, and the world has taken note. Dash won Good Housekeeping's Toy of the Year award, and was Melinda & Bill Gates' favorite STEM gift for kids. Not bad for a fun robot. Coding is the career of the future. Naturally, it's best learned from robots. Ozobot Bit is the world’s smallest smart robot. This right brain – left brain integrating bot builds both creativity and coding skills in ages 6 and up. Advance from basic color coding to intermediate block-based programming with Bit. Whether you are a seasoned engineer or a child, Ozobot Bit can be as fun or challenging as you make it. Simple and intuitive to use on one side, highly programmable and versatile on the other - there is something for every type of thinker, with this tiny tinker robot.
