I teach 19 wonderful kindergarten students in a rural community in north Florida. We are a Title I school, with 100% of students receiving free breakfast and lunch. Despite the challenges that my students face outside of the classroom, they are hard working and eager to learn each and every day. From the minute they walk in my door, I focus on their potential and growth while they are with me. My students are what motivates me each and every day to not only be a better person but to be a better teacher.
