Welcome to Lab 220! My students are future programmers, engineers, scientists, CEOs, developers, etc. Each comes with their own unique perspective of computer science and technology. They come from various backgrounds and have different abilities. I can confidently say that my students come into my lab with the mindset that they can learn anything related to technology whether it is coding, robotics, film editing, or creative ways to present information. We have some off days but most days end with a little computer dance party or some typing karaoke. When my students enter my lab, I want them to feel that I am doing whatever I can to make them feel safe and supportive. I want them to leave with even bigger smiles and a sense of pride at what they accomplished in class. And if they walk into my class and they are struggling, I hope that after some validation and encouragement, they leave with a smile.

About my class
