I teach at a Title I school in North Carolina where 100 percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. We have a diverse group of students coming from many walks of life. Our students come from rural areas of Forsyth county as well as more urban parts near or in Winston-Salem.
Many of my students can barley afford food much less supplies for school. As a school we try to keep our classrooms stocked with any materials students need for school. So that we can help our students be successful at everything they do.
