My students attend a PK-5 school in a large metropolitan school district. They are of very low to average social economic backgrounds and have great difficulties in reading and writing. They are smart, funny, diverse, inquisitive and caring. They are like most kids in our country. Traditional instruction and classroom arrangement are not the only ways for them to achieve. They are eager to use technology, interact with each other and learn.
