I am fortunate to work in a rural area at a low socioeconomic school where the students show up everyday with bright smiling faces eager to learn. Our story began on the first day of 5th grade in the fall of 2018 and we continue to add life, laughter and love to it with each passing day. It is truly my pleasure to get to work with an amazing group of students with such strong desires to learn. Not only are my kids dedicated to their own improvement, they work together constantly encouraging, guiding and supporting one another during lessons so everyone has the opportunity of success. In our classroom we are all students and teachers, but more importantly we have become our school family.
