I have so many exciting and meaningful projects planned for my fifth grade students. This year is certainly meant to be engaging and educational for my students. My biggest worry to my students' success is they will be uncomfortable and not able to focus in their studies.
I want you to imagine your boss took away your office chair and told you to work for 8 hours, in a hard bucket style plastic chair. Would this yield productivity for you? It wouldn't for me and it certainly doesn't for my students. Therefore this project is looking to provide my students with multiple seating options to keep them comfortable, as their minds and bodies continue to grow.
I am asking for a variety of workspaces for my students to be able to choose the most comfortable option for them. The Seville Classics Mobile Laptop Desk Cart with Side Table would allow students to stand and complete assignments and the Intex Beanless Bag Inflatable Chair, would allow my students to comfortably sit in our library section for assignments such as buddy reading. The class set of clipboards would allow students limitless access to the floor and other quiet spaces, and still be able to complete legible and quality work.
