"Changing Lives One Arrow at a Time"- Motto of the National Archery in the Schools Program
I use Archery to teach Character Education, Leadership, Goal Setting, Patience, and Focus to my students: skills that are transferable to every aspect of their personal and academic lives.
I teach in a Low Income Title I Urban School and help students who would not otherwise have the opportunity to experience outdoor education as well as participate in Archery as a Team Sport.
