Vicksburg High School serves the children who live within the city. We are one of two high schools in the Vicksburg Warren School District. Many of our students come from low income families.
Our soccer team is working hard to get deeper into the playoffs this year. We have grown our roster from 13 girls to 20 girls. The students range from 7th grade to 11th grade. We have a young team with potential to grow and develop in the coming years.
Our girls have a brand new facility as far as a field and locker room, but we do not have the equipment needed to use in the off season and preseason to develop the strength and the quickness we need to carry over into the season. Our girls do really well with district play, but once we reach the playoffs, we are facing teams that have more resources than we do.
With the help of you, we will be closer to having the equipment we need to put in the work!
