These materials will provide many opportunities for learning in the classroom. Some of the resources needed are a timer, whiteboards, simple machines activity lab, and game buzzers. The game buzzers are an exciting way to review content in the classroom and give students the feeling that they are competing on a game show. The use of whiteboards in the classroom will be weekly and sometimes a daily task that will be used for pre-assessments, vocabulary practice, and stations. The lapboard center keeps everything organized and in a central location for easy access and also holds the markers. During station time, a timer that is easily accessible and can be seen by all students throughout the classroom is ideal and beneficial for time management and station transitioning. Students are able to keep track of their time while being active learners at their stations.

The simple machines activity lab will be used in the fall where it creates many opportunities for students to have hands-on activities and will learn how simple machines make work easier. The career book set is a perfect addition to our classroom library as it shows the students the possible jobs in STEM that they can strive for after college. The crayons are for various activities we do throughout the year. The Science File Folder Games will be used at a station or at the teacher table. These materials provide so many learning events to these students.
