My students come from a variety of backgrounds and places. They come to this school very willing to learn new skills, as well as sharpen the skills they already have. In my class, I promote individualism and character development. This helps the students shine brighter and create their own ideas with their out-of-the-box and innovative thinking.
I do keep the class very student-centered so that the students have the ability to control their own thought process, learn from their own mistakes, and learn from each other.
Since diversity is apparent in the classroom, it is crucial they communicate in any way they can. They are great listeners and empathetic towards each other.
