Having these items will improve my students' organizational skills and also simplify the way that we store different robot parts and other items to travel. Right now we travel with too many cases as we can't afford proper and safe toolboxes and tool chests.
Students and coaches have to carry everything in backpacks, cases which strains their backs as there are too many intangible items that need to be present for every competition.
We are a Title I school and the vast majority of our students are underprivileged students that have gotten so far in this field because they won't just give up. Meet after meet they got better. Now they have a chance to represent not only their school, their city, their state but also their country. We won a spot on the VEXIQ Worlds Robotics Competition to be held from April 27-May 2 in Louisville, Kentucky. Being able to use these items will help our students tremendously in their first ever World Competition Journey.
