I teach at a Title I school which means all or most students come from low income families. This means that students have very limited prior learning and low vocabulary compared to other students in higher income areas. In our class, the goal is to learn through play. Each week is a new theme and center activities help incorporate learning through the theme. Most of our teaching and learning occurs during centers. These materials are important to the students learning because they can help students expand their vocabulary and learn through different the themes! I have included items that can be used for many years and across the curriculum with many different subjects. Thank you for your support!
