My students share a love of reading. They devour picture books, informational texts, and graphic novels.The enjoy reading independently, as well as partner reading and reading orally to myself and our paraprofessional. Their favorite part of the day is when the timer rings and we transition to independent reading stations. The students love to sit in the library and having a clean, comfortable rug will encourage them to use this space even more. My students often need support with their reading and having a clean, cozy space to sit down with them and explore their love of reading will benefit all of us!
