My K-2 Mathematicians are FABULOUS!
These young citizens have amazing personalities that shine through during small group discussions. These kiddos keep me on my toes and CRACK ME UP on a daily basis!
For some early learners, the K-2 curriculum can be tricky. We all learn at a different pace and that makes us unique. Through the school year, math concepts can fluctuate from easy to understand concrete skills to abstract skills that require deeper reasoning and logic. But... PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS! When challenged with rigorous work and high expectations, my early learners RISE to the challenge.
My mathematicians are ready and willing to have insightful discussions about virtually any topic from place value to Pok茅mon if you simply give them an open ear (...and possibly some Jolly Ranchers!)
