Positive rewards for hard work completed helps motivate my students to complete tasks on time, without delay, and with clear and desirable rewards. During transitional times and scheduled breaks we enjoy competitions using educational and emotionally supportive devices.
My students and I are in a fully self-contained classroom, meaning my students spend the entire day in my room.
These resources will help fill the times when they would be transitioning into another classroom or enjoying recess with their peers; additionally, teaching them some of the skills they need to be successful when they return to an inclusion setting.
