I work in an inner city school district where my students come from families who live well below the poverty line. It's often hard to get parents to supply the basic tools for school. That's why every year, I purchase hundreds of notebooks and pencils for my students. My students are very hard-working with imaginative and creative minds. The kids attend a school which is fairly decent in that we have resources that many schools in impoverished districts do not.
