All of my 150 students are special because each of them bring joy to my classroom in their own unique way. My kids love coming to class and enjoy learning Spanish. These kids are kind hearted and eager to learn more about their culture.
They enjoy learning new things everyday and they love to participate in class. Not all of my students live in a two parent household where they receive guidance and help with their homework, so I make myself available to the parents and the students to help them in any way I can. I teach them to value their culture and be proud of who they are and where they come from. I also help them understand that they don't have to be victims of their circumstances and that no matter where they come from they all have the opportunity to succeed if they put their mind to it. I teach them to improve their Spanish so that they can be better individuals in the future and have greater opportunities.
