Our school is a title 1 school that serves a lower socioeconomic population. We currently have about 1600 students of different race and color. I currently teach mostly 11th and 12th grade students and 1 class of 9th grade ESE students. Our school is not the "flagship" school of the county, in fact we are far from it. Our school does not excel in sports or many other activities that most of the other schools in our county do. Our school however is good at Technology, Skills USA, Forensics, and Robotics. We have had many students who have ranked in the five in the state and a couple that have been nationally ranked. The teachers at our school above and beyond what is necessary to help our students in anyway possible to help them succeed.
