Students will read the novel Wonder to learn about character education through the interdisciplinary unit using the novel Wonder. Through this book, students will engage in interdisciplinary activities with the focus on teaching empathy, kindness, and compassion with the goal of eliminating bullying in their daily lives.
Through the novel of Wonder, students will learn from the character's experiences and actions what it takes to be a better person and how they can impact the people and world around them in a positive way to make our world "WONDERful."
Students will create posters to display around the school highlighting positive character attributes.
About my class
