These materials could be used in a variety of ways to address different goals with different students. I want to use some of these materials to build a portable speech/language station and implement a speedy speech program with some of my students. With this portable station, I will take the materials to the student and we will practice their goals for 5-10 minutes outside of their classroom. This helps minimize the class time they are missing, and it is a good reminder for students to practice their speech sounds and/or language concepts daily. These materials also would give my students more engaging ways to work toward their goals.
The students are always more engaged when the materials are fun and interactive. The little erasers will be used to make articulation boxes. Each box would target a specific sound to be used with articulation students. They could also be used to expand expressive language with students that have limited vocabulary.
