My students look forward to snack time every day. It's the little break they need in their day to rest their brains and re-energize. We play outside 20 minutes each day, and the students always look forward to this part of the day. Many students are unable to bring in their own food, and they stay (after school hours) twice a week for ESOL tutoring, by that time they are tired, and a snack is needed. I am looking for snacks that will help me create a caring and welcoming learning environment for my students, providing the best learning experience I can.
