The learning need for Wacom is to give students the chance to learn to write digitally. In a math class taking good notes is essential to look at how the problem is set up correctly, therefore, giving students an advantage without them losing the loose-leaf paper they generally use. Also, digital writing and drawing will give students an advantage in the technical careers if they choose. Also, it may encourage students to come back to the classroom.
The student population that I educate is in 9th-12th grade. I believe if students have an interesting device to help take notes they would be more inclined to do so which will give them better scores in academics.
