The requested resources will benefit students in hands-on engagement. The Chromebook charging station will help provide a more organized way for students to access and use their Chromebooks daily without the mess of cords, or misplaced Chromebooks in the wrong spots. By using our Chromebooks daily, I can create engaging lessons and digital fluency for my students in case of virtual days during COVID.
With wiggle stools, whiteboards and hands-on textured manipulatives I am hoping to create additional engaging avenues for students to be able to successfully sit and listen to learn. It is hard for students to have to be at their desks all day, especially with all of the COVID precautions in place. My students love their technology, but I think it is important to add hands-on learning, such as Whiteboards to practice penmanship, and wiggle tools to help them quietly focus. During at home learning with COVID students haven't had the same sitting quiet requirements that they do in school. A few of my students need additional resources to be successful in class.
