I teacher of students with learning abilities! Yes, some of them may struggle with reading and/or writing at grade level but they never seem to struggle with getting all of my love and attention to their learning. My students, and others around the world have also missed many milestones due to the Covid-19 pandemic and not to mention other life events. With everything going on around them, they have managed to remain great students and hard workers. I want so much for them to be equipped for life and all that it has to offer. I don't want anything to hold them back from what their future has to offer.
My students are "good young people" with creative minds awaiting the next learning adventure. They love good books but sometimes struggle with decoding and making meaning from what was read. They also have difficulty putting their thoughts onto paper. That is why I selected various leveled books of interest along with the notebooks and writing utensils.
My students and I will be very appreciative of whatever you can offer to increase the learning engagement and potential!
