Please help me to provide my students engaging hands on activities in my kindergarten classroom. I am requesting building kits and counting cones, carpet squares, career costumes and more for opportunities for hands on learning and creative play.
Most of the materials I am requesting are hands on learning materials and manipulatives that will be used in the classroom. For example the building bricks for building and floor puzzles would be a great way for students to work together on projects and learn about cooperation. During COVID while children are at home they don鈥檛 have the opportunities to work together on projects.
During COVID and so much virtual learning time, hands on experiences while in the classroom are even more important now than ever. Most young children learn through play and our classrooms don鈥檛 always have a lot of these resources available or else they are old, out dated or broken.
Being able to upgrade some of my classroom materials and supplies can only improve our learning environment. These things would all be beneficial in my classroom!
