I have requested lots of different materials in this project. Our students need more hands on and visual learning post COVID-19. I am seeing several deficits across the board in different subjects. Using math manipulatives will increase my students' ability to better understand our math concepts. I want to create individual math boxes full of manipulatives, for example, the write on clocks and ten frames for each students to keep in their desk to use daily.
If our classroom is organized my students can be more independent.
I am requesting lots of storage solutions for all of our classroom things. I want students to be able to access our materials independently. I want them to take charge of their learning and be able to get to what they need on their own.
