My students enjoy the labs and activities we have done in in class! Please help fill the gaps of our materials so we can continue this learning. We have a strong emphasis on physical science, and several materials on my list will help my kids build connections to the concepts we learn in class. They will be able to record the information found and have those "aha!' moments they will not be able to achieve in front of a Chromebook.
These experiments will help the kids continue to be excited and engaged when learning science in the classroom. When the kids are having fun, they learn more. My goal is to use these materials so the kids will not need to be on devices for learning. Alot of my students come from low-income households and do not have materials to do projects at home. These materials will help alleviate this issue so they can have the opportunity to complete experiments and projects in class. Since coming back from virtual learning, the kids prefer learning through doing. Please help our kids have this type of learning!
