I teach in a rural Title 1 school in Northwest Oklahoma. I have a great class that works hard to learn all day. Because they are seated at their desks most of the day, more flexible seating would allow them the opportunity to wiggle while they learn or to comfortably sit on the floor to work or read.
Adding FUN to learning creates the best educational experience possible. - Tamara L. Chilver
I would also like to give them more opportunities to interact with their peers while learning. Adding math and reading games/activities to their Centers and Free Choice Time would reinforce the skills they鈥檝e learned while increasing their social-emotional learning while they have fun with their peers.
