I am a third year teacher in a small school district and I am still building my classroom resources. I love being in the classroom and helping students learn to read, comprehend, and write.
My students will benefit from desk bounce bands to funnel their energy to movement while they are focusing on their work. Reading requires a lot of focus and with the bands, students will be able to sit for a longer period of time and enjoy reading while still getting some physical movement. Kids have a lot of energy, and I do not want to take that energy away from them or hinder them from using it for good. I want to teach students that they can have energy and use it to better themselves. Energy is good when used wisely.
Additionally, I am asking for quality headphones for students to use with their electronic devices. Great benefits come from educational programs on electronic devices, students are able to learn and review concepts in a fun and engaging way. For the programs to be used to the fullest extent, students need to have quality headphones. The headphones will ensure that students are hearing accurately and that other noises in the classroom are cancelled.
