A reward system can help significantly when motivating students to stay on task and accomplish their goals in a speech session. Being able to broaden this rewards system with these neat prizes (stickers, sensory toys, etc) will create more excitement for my students and heighten their motivation for success. The mirror and teeth model would give my students a visual to help them see where the correction is needed. I am a visual learner, so I can relate to how helpful this can be. Turning a speech session into a game can be very helpful as well. The games would be beneficial in helping keep the student's attention.
